Kids Luau Party Supplies
Party planning can be fun and easy to be! Whether you are planning a party for birthday, graduation, anniversary or just chat with family and friends it can be following simple this helpful party planning checklist.
A month before the party
o Decide on a theme for your party. The guests love a theme party and they are planning so much fun. Some ideas for topics Casino Party, Luau Party, Fiesta Party, Party for decades, Wine and cheese party etc.
o Make a guest list. Make sure that all necessary contact information for your guests, such as current Address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.
o Set a date, start time and location for your party.
o Start thinking and provides customers, such as invitations, Party, cutlery, decorations, etc.
2-3 Weeks Before Party
o send invitations to your guests. Ask RSVP and be sure to include an RSVP date (usually 1 week before the party) and contact information such as your e-mail address or phone number.
o Plan your Party menu. Decide whether you will serve a brunch, lunch, dinner or just appetizers and finger foods and drinks do what you want.
o Start Planning of all activities or games that you would like to include in your party.
o Think of a song or a list of mixed CD of music that you want to play at the party.
1 week before the party
o Contact all guests who do not respond. You can either directly or send an e-mail reminding them of the party.
o bake or order your cake. If you are ordering the cake, now is a good time to get it ordered from your local bakery. If you to bake a cake, you may do so now and freeze to save time, or you can decide to do that on the day before the party.
o Prepare and bake all the food that can be done ahead of time. You can freeze a lot of it, and this is a great Time savings.
2-3 days before the party
o However, all remaining party supplies and food. You should have a final Head count for the guests so it is now time to ensure that you have the right amount of everything have all your guests.
o Remove all food, you ahead of time from the freezer to thaw completely before it can party like cakes, pies, etc. made
o Now is the time to ensure that your batteries are fully charged in the camera and camcorder, so you capture all your favorite moments from the party.
o If the direction of the party in your home, Now is the time to organize the party area and dust or vacuum so that roam do not try to do the day of the party.
The day before the Party
o Prepare all foods that are made the day before as dips or salsas and to ensure that all the right serving dish out of food you are served will have set.
o Finalize the cake. You can either bake the cake in that time, remove the cake from the freezer and decorate or take the cake from the bakery where you ordered them from.
o If you see your party location access the day before, now is the time to decorate the interiors.
The day of the party
o If guests will bring gifts to a given area for the gifts, such as deciding a table.
o Prepare all beverages and foods that could not be done ahead of time.
o Decorate all outdoor areas. Make sure you take into account the weather make this way.
o Enjoy the party and your Guest! After all, you have worked hard over the last month. They deserve to have a great time!
