Tenant rights I need help please?

Who knows, if you have been right to say get rid of rent to tag your landlord has left property hes will he get to come but it has not, since i have been thinking of 09 February has, that's nuts, he will not call me back are not valuable stuff (old ratty Search picnic table and a few other things all old) in the garage when I left the house he has rented advertising for a garage for 2 vehicles but can not use it. I think I've waited long enough for any answers, thanks to this (first-time tenants) so in the hope someone can help me!

It is his personal property on or in his private property. You will never have the right to remove it, that would be theft.
