Questions about hamsters in direct sunlight?
I just got a cage for my teddy bear hamster that this Wednesday I will be always available, and I put it on my dresser. There is a window available in the immediate vicinity, and the black light can shine through. Not so much as a window is open when. It's pretty nice, in my opinion. Would it be OK for the cage in some light? The shade actually makes it look sort of white and relaxing. And I'm a little confused because I do. "Marriage constantly on the internet" do not put a hamster cage in direct sunlight, but I saw a really nice video on YouTube of a teddy bear hamster about a yard on a sunny day. She looks very happy. I think it means something like "Chmurka's picnic" or whatever always the hamsters name is …
Make sure it's not a whole lot of sunlight directed at the cage. A little should be fine, though. They say not to use cages because it can direct the hammy over heat and die. If it looks too much sunlight make some blinds or move the cage. Just a hint Bathrooms are great places for cages: you can not hear them at night, and there is less sunlight!
